Questions

What do I need to start?

A few photos on your phone of the people or pets you want in it. Daylight and a clear face help. That is all.

Will it actually look like them?

Yes. We work from your photos, and you see the finished sheet or every page of the book before anything prints. If something is off, tell us in a sentence and we redo it for free.

What happens to my photos?

They are used only to make your keepsake. We delete them 30 days after your order is delivered unless you ask us to keep your people on file for next time. You can delete everything with one tap.

Can I include my kids, or a friend?

Yes. When you tell us who is who, we ask you to confirm you are their parent or guardian, or that you have their permission. That is the whole step.

How long does it take?

A preview usually takes a few minutes. Stickers ship in about a week. The book takes a little longer to print because it is bound by hand.
